Location! It was perfect spot, everything we needed to do was within easy walking distance, restaurants bars and shops all on your doorstep. We stayed at The Lowry last time we visited, this location was so much better. Beds were incredibly comfortable and black out curtains were a bonus. Slept so well.

Super friendly staff. Nothing was too much problem. Housekeeping did a superb daily clean. Truly spotless. The location is excellent with anything important in close walking distance. My spacious 6th floor room was on an external corner with great views up to the Town Hall to 2 sides, and was really quiet as requested.

An IT incident of sorts threw me out of the reservation so I had to be put in a sister (at least, very nice) hotel for one of the nights. It entailed a disruption since it was much farther away. Staff Crispin and Karen handled my case very well and were able to set me back up at the hotel the next day. Staff is just really great, with great recommendations, and very friendly, helpful, human-driven service throughout my stay.

Very friendly staff, clean, quirky decor and live musician in the bar on the Saturday night I stayed. Loved the idea of an ironing room on each floor though I didn’t need to use it. Felt very safe and welcoming, I was a solo female guest meeting friends for the night and the hotel seemed to be filled with groups of ladies staying. Food was good and although no room service they provided it in a takeaway box for me to take back to my room while I was getting ready.

Incredibly central to the city, had a few things planned with friends over the city and was never more than a 15 minute walk from anything. Room was a little small, but I travelled alone so it was plenty of room for just myself. When I arrived, the lady that checked me in gave me a free choice of rooms, and when I couldn’t pick one she said “I’ll give you a nice one.” She put me in a room on the 7th floor with a fantastic view of the skyline. I spent so much time looking out my window because I just loved the view.

The location was great, but the whole vibe was just amazing. You feel like you’re talking to the actual people who work there, and not just some sterile brand face. They were attentive and seemed to have been empowered to actually help you. You feel like you’re never going to hear “sorry I’m not allowed to do that.” The games on the ground floor are a perfect touch to create a family feel in the place.

The staff were really friendly, Sam checked us in, & offered us a drink on arrival, he was such a pleasant man, he also helped me out changing my location on my phone, so I could order an Uber.

The location was amazing. Will definitely visit back. I was new to the Moxy experience, so I expected more for the price. The ground floor was a great place to hang out, the staff was friendly and received great responses. Met all my requirements however would have been better if there was some more information while booking.

What can I say. Our stay was exceptional. We were given a glass of Prosecco on our arrival as it was my birthday and a free iced coffee on check out. The bed was so comfortable (I should know. I work in a bed shop 😂) Our room was stunning. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and hot. We will definitely and all ready have recommended this hotel to our friends and family.

The Moxy is in a great location and yet is quiet inside. I liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast vibe was, for some reason, especially nice; helped by the cheerful staff. Bed was comfortable. Nice touches with the family games area, encouraging folks off their phones, which always adds to a positive ambience. It's actually a nice place to hang out in the evening, too: we made full use of the place.
